Data Entry Staff (Japanese language skills required, no experience necessary, training provided)

Salary: VND 8,000,000 – 15,000,000/month

Probation Period: 2 weeks

Job Description

  • Perform online data entry, process and monitor orders.
  • Track, update, manage, and communicate to meet data requirements related to assigned tasks.
  • Detailed job responsibilities will be discussed during the interview.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Intermediate College, College, or Bachelor’s degree. Candidates majoring in Civil Engineering are preferred.
  • Language: Japanese proficiency required (JLPT N5, N4, or N3).
  • Experience: No prior experience is required. Qualified candidates will receive on-the-job training.
  • Other Requirements: Preference will be given to candidates residing in Binh Duong Province or Ho Chi Minh City.

  • Base Salary: VND 8,000,000 – 10,000,000/month

Responsibility Allowance

  • 2nd Operator: VND 500,000
  • 1st Operator: VND 1,000,000
  • Sub-leader: VND 1,500,000

  • Manager: VND 4,000,000

Japanese Language Allowance

  • JLPT N5: VND 300,000
  • JLPT N4: VND 1,200,000
